I recently was offered this delicious treat while at a friends house for a week-long stay. The best part about this recipe is you can make it ahead of time, then prepare it however you prefer. Enjoy!

Ingredients

| Rolled Oats | 4 cups |
| Wheat Flour | 4 cups |
| Brown Sugar | 3/4 cup |
| Flax Seed | 1/2 cup |
| Baking Powder | 3 tbsp. |
| Cinnamon | 2 tbsp. |
| Salt | 3 tsp. |
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients
- Store in an airtight container or use right away.
- When ready to use, add milk, eggs, and oil as preferred to make a thick but pourable consistency.
- Using a greased or oiled skillet, cook pancakes to desired doneness.
